Banana History is More Interesting Than You Thought

Did you know that bananas were first cultivated ten thousand years ago? Did you know that bananas cannot survive without active human help? Did you know that before the 1950's a different breed of bananas was common--but that breed is now extinct? Did you know that our current breed of bananas may become extinct in the near future?   6. First off: Dude stop changing the name of your blog! I keep seeing these random blogposts from weird blogs in my google reader - only to realize e's changed the name of his blog . . . again.

    They say the original Bananas were supposed to be much better tasting - or so NPR said in a report I was listening to last year.

    The Kirk guy's own superficial stupidity destroy's itself - without need for outside comment.
